The sound bath was so relaxing. I loved it so much. There was so much intention behind the day and everyone was here for a purpose. That was very empowering."

Unlock a newfound confidence to take on the summer heat
“As a mom, I know other moms that feel like they lost themselves or they are stuck in this limbo of doing everything for their kids and they start to lose who they are and forget their own interests and not feeling like a whole person.
Coming to the r & r experience is another way to prioritize myself so I can be the best version of me to my family. “what I enjoy about the RRE is hanging out with other ppl who are in the same sun of life as me and seeing a community start to build."
Tracy
yes, this is a true getaway
"As a business owner, I don't have free time for myself. This is the one day I can really unplug and connect with the community.
As a retired professional dancer, i don't dance anymore and I was totally scared to do it. Gigi & Allibon really created a vibrant welcoming community. I wasn't afraid and I feel like I reclaimed who I used to be. reclaim & rise provides an inclusive environment to go in, let go, and come back to myself. “
Jenny
"I’m in my mid 30s now and it’s
hard to go to class where everyone
is in their 20s.
This space is great because it allows people who are retired dancers, working, or busy to find people who are in the same journey to have fun and connect, while taking care of ourselves and our bodies. It's a safe space. There's no judgment. It's all love and support for people who are feeling a little lost or needing something to
bring them back.”
